Наконец-то разработчики дошли до патча :-) Говорят, что будет очень скоро, вот что они пишут:

Fixes a problem where small objects (mostly toys) could be deleted when a Sim interacts with other nearby objects.

The custom content browser no longer closes when an active link is double-clicked.

Fixes the problem where coffee cups would occasionally be deleted when an interaction is cancelled.

An adopted baby no longer snaps to the ground when the social worker that delivers it puts it in a crib.

Sims now take a copy of all clothing in the family's inventory when they move out.

Fixes a couple of cases of buy/build mode becoming disabled when the social worker arrives on the lot.

Fixes the problem where the teddy bear would occasionally float after being put down.

Teens no longer get the unsatisfiable "Write a Novel" want.[list]

Fixes a problem with the newspaper delivery person getting stuck on lots containing a high number of objects.



System/Config issues:


Users with limited user accounts can now run the game.

Improved performance with Radeon X800 cards. Users continuing to experiencing problems should update to the 4.10 driver.

The game no longer affects a user's modem settings when connecting to the internet via the modem.

Fixes a problem with default collections not being available when user data is regenerated.

plumbbob больше не будет появляться в NPCs груди(сундуке), когда они женятся в семейство Сима.

Sims больше не застревают на партиях сообщества, когда Сим автономно хочет уезжать в том же самом автомобиле, в который они прибыли.

Предавание мечтам на основании(земле) больше не удовлетворяет, "Предаются мечтам с Телескопом", хотят.

Устанавливает проблему с рабочими местами Симов, не функционирующими должным образом, когда 3 или больше Sims идут, чтобы работать в вертолете.

Младенцы теперь старят переход должным образом, когда Помощь Со взаимодействием Дня рождения отменена.

Устанавливает чрезвычайно редкую проблему, где UI стал бы поврежденным, когда старший умирает от старого возраста.

Устанавливает проблему, где маленькие объекты(цели) (главным образом игрушки) могли быть удалены, когда Сим взаимодействует с другими близлежащими объектами(целями).

Таможенный довольный браузер больше не закрывается, когда активной связью щелкают два раза.

Устанавливает проблему, где кофейные чашки иногда удалялись бы, когда взаимодействие отменено.

Принятый ребенок больше не хватает к основанию(земле), когда работник патронажа, который поставляет это, помещает это в хлев.

Sims теперь берут копию всей одежды в инвентаре семейства, когда они выезжают.

Устанавливает несколько случаев(дел), покупают/строят способ, становящийся поврежденным, когда работник патронажа прибывает в партию.

Устанавливает проблему, куда медведь Тэдди иногда плавал бы, будучи подавленным.

Подростки больше не становятся невыполнимыми, "Пишут, что Роман" хочет. [/list]

Устанавливает проблему с газетным человеком поставки, становящимся прикрепленным на партиях, содержащих высокое число(номер) объектов(целей).



System/Config проблемы(выпуски):


Пользователи с ограниченными пользовательскими счетами могут теперь управлять игрой.

Улучшенная работа(выполнение) с Radeon X800 карты. Пользователи, продолжающиеся к преодолению проблем должны модернизировать 4.10 водителям.

Игра Номер дольше затрагивает назначения модема пользователя при соединении с Интернетом через модем.

Устанавливает проблему с собраниями неплатежа, не являющимися доступным, когда пользовательские данные восстановлены.

РавЭн, надо было брать лицензионку - геморроя намного меньше.
Это я тебе как великий любитель/распространитель халявы говорю.
Симс 2 - первая и единственная гамеса, которую я купил по лицензии, предварительно собрав кучу информации и отзывов об использовании пиратских версий. (сбор начался в мае 2004 - выход первых "пираток" и закончился 24-го сентября - прошла неделя после выхода "лицензии", было просмотрено много ссылок, включая официальный сайт и форум на предмет играбельности, глюков, возможности установки патчей и адд-онов)
Порекомендовать могу только научить подружку правильному обращению с ящиком, называемым компом, хотя знаю, как это трудно - сам уже второй год занимаюсь тем же. Пока результаты неудовлетворительны.

да купил бы я ей лицензию, но она английская only, а у нее сестренка маленькая, тоже играет и по-английски не рубит...
такие вот пироги. скачал офиц. патч, буду пробовать... хотя что из этого получится не знает никто =)

У меня руская версия Симс 2 на ДВД. Скачал патч для оригинального двд. Не ставится, в выплывающем окошке командной строки пишет "Программа не умещается в памяти". Вот такая ерунда... :sad:

патч просто не ставится, потому что не находит игру. киньте кто-нить с лицензией все ветки реестра, касающиеся the sims 2...
попробуем что-нибудь предпринять =)

Русской лицензионки не бывает. Оригинал лицензии только английский 4 диска.

На лицензионке патч работает, правда елка появилась только после 2 установки, а за игрой "поеду" вечером. Видимо не в том порядке ставила. Елка супер, надо будет симам НГ устроить (она там еще и зажигается прикольно).

К моим маленьким деткам приходили почему-то две няни, а когдя я их увольняла они оставались в моём доме! Уменя симы стали чуть ли не порходить через друг друга..можете говорить чо эот глюк вижео-карты - нл нме так не кажецца.... =( Вот в общем так! На сколько я знаю у всех владельцев лицензии, скчавших и поставивших патч, появились проблемы.

Да кстати.. я где-то читала что тем у кого двд пиратская надо качать патч для дисков.

:o У меня ничего такого не появилось! Слава Богу! Доставка приезжает, а няньку я нанимала 1 раз до патча и на сколько помню после увольнения она тоже ушла не сразу.

Я скачала 1 или 2 января. А потом через пару недель где-то прочитала, что появился новый патч, он лежит там же вместо старого. Отличительная черта: второй патч не просит 4 диск.

по мойму патч и обновление это одно и то же! а новое к симс это аддон! дополнение! добавка чего то нового к уже существующему!!! а патч это исправление ошибки поправка, это как когда страница в нете глючит нажимаешь "обновить" и все ок! то бишь патч=исправление ошибки=обновление! а дополнение=аддон=новое к симсам! :angry:
и это не скандал на пустом месте а поправление не правильного воспринятия понятий! <_<

Официальный патч к The Sims 2
меня всегда поражало, когда разработчики выпускают на международный рынок недоделанные вещи! Тем не менее приятно осознавать, что они это не скрывают и пытаются помочь бесплатными патчами ;)

У меня проблема при установке патча.

Версия The Sims 2 официальная русская от СофтКлаба, на DVD.
Качаю патч с официального сайта (пишут там, что для всех языков подходит), на 23 мегабайта патч.
Начинаю ставить, а он говорит:
"The Sims 2 is not installed or improperly installed on youe machine. Please install or reinstall The Sims 2".

Система (сама винда) свежая, только установленная, игра поставлена в диска только что, а патч не ставтся!

Помогите. Кто знает, в чём дело??
Может патч не тот? Может для русского релиза от СофтКлаба другой надо патч? У них на сайте нет ничего.

Жду помощи. Очень.

MAcros, у вас только оригинал игры Sims 2, без аддонов?

Посмотрите свойства файла. Я не помню, но патч для оригинала весит ок 25 Мб. Вот столько он и должен весить. :) Проблема могла возникнуть из-за того, что ваш менеджер закачки мог этот патч разбить на неск. частей.

Да, совершенно оригинальный, без аддонов.
Самый первый The Sims 2, не аддон.

Файл весит 23 мегабайта. Если в байтах, то как раз получается 24 853 272, то есть около 25 метров. Называется thesims2_update.exe
Скачан полностью, ибо если бы он был скачан не полностью, то просто не запустился бы, мне так думается.

Качал я его с официального сайта MAXIS.

Даже не представляют в чём дело может быть...

Симсы установлены на диск С, то есть путь по умолчанию я не трогал.

Может что-то люди и напутали конечно, этого я не исключаю.

У вас стоят какие-нибудь еще патчи, напр-р, nude-патч, который ставится на ехе-файл?

для руской лицензии СофтКлаба эти оф. патчи не подойдут , Патчи для лицензионных версий от ЕА , А русский язык в лицензию самих симс 2 без аддонов не входит. (оф. русский от ЕА есть начиная с Гламура насколько я знаю (у меня по крайней мере так , Хотя я играю в англ.) )

То, что патч встанет на англоязычную версию это точно. К сожалению, кириллицу патчи до сих пор не поддерживают.

Такую возможность нельзя исключить. :)
Вполне даже реально. Тем более, что тираж оригинальных симов (по идее) давно был раскуплен, а новый - пропатченный.
Вы без патча-то игру запускали? Наблюдали какие-нибудь глюки?

You only need to apply the most recent patch for the most recent EP you have installed.

This is because the installation of your most recent EP includes all previous bug fixes, so there is no need to apply previous patches.

So today the big rumblings on the BBS was a rumor that Bon Voyage is the next EP. I also see lots of posts about what an H&M Stuff Pack might be. I love that there's lots of speculation about what our future releases are going to be!

I'm not going to confirm or deny any rumors, but I will tell you that we are definitely working on more Expansion Packs and Stuff Packs, and leave it at that. We'll have more official announcements and screen shots and movies in the coming weeks, I'm sure.

We're also working on a second Seasons patch, with lots of fixes to the problems you've reported. While I hate the fact that we have to do patches, since it means we missed some bugs in our QA process, I do appreciate all the effort you guys put in to find the problems and let us know. Without you guys, we'd have no game, no success, and a lot less fun making the games. So thanks again.

We'll likely close the bug finding process in a week or so, then get on to fixing them, then testing the new version, then we'll release it in the next month or so. I realize I said we'd have the patch later this month, but we're not going to get it done that quickly, unfortunately. So until we do, just keep your Sims out of the hot tub so they don't burn up! :) Fortunately there's no bugs out there that are causing major problems as far as we've heard. Just a few minor annoyances.

On another front, a lot of you have been asking about how's it going with the crashes for those with nVidia cards. Here's the latest. We're still not sure that the issue have been caused by nVidia drivers. The bummer is, we've never experienced the crash at our office. I've even have had players send me lots that they have said they have crashes on, and even people with the exact same video card as me, and I don't get the crash.

NVidia did release some new video drivers this week. They've said they are aware of problems with The Sims 2 and other games, but I haven't heard for sure if the new driver fixes the problems people have been having. Please let us know your results with it and we'll keep reporting your experiences to them.

К сожалению, чтобы пропатчить, надо обязательно иметь этот четвертый диск или DVD со специальной DVD-версией The Sims 2.
Та тема подходит только при установке аддонов.

Здравствуйте. У меня Сезоны и все пердыдущие аддоны не лицензионные. Хотела устранить хотя бы официальные глюки и скачала патчи для Сезонов и Петсов. Патчи установились нормально, но при запуске Сезонов игра требует их переустановить. Я так понимаю, что ей не нравиться, что версия пиратская. Неужели никак нельзя это обойти? Обидно, что потрачен трафик и время в пустую. Может быть есть пиратские патчи для пиратских дисков? И еще не подскажите, если я установлю следующий аддон и игра будет запускаться с него, то может быть удасться установить патч и обмануть игру. Я так понимаю, что ей файл запуска житья не дает?

Не выйдет, каждый патч должен устанавливаться на последний аддон. Т.е. если например, есть патч для оригинальной версии The Sims 2, то его надо устанавливать ДО установки аддона University, патч-же для University надо ставить ДО установки Nightlife и т.д. Отсюда следует, что патч для Pets не поставится поверх Seasons корректно т.к. Seasons - это более новый аддон (более новая версия игры (Pets - 1.6.0.259, с патчем - 1.6.0.277, а Seasons - это уже 1.7) )
